Cancellation Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellations. If you see an issue on your confirmation email with an item please contact me immediately so I can get it changed before sending the item out.
***I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SIZE / COLOR YOU CHOOSE AT CHECKOUT!! If you see an issue on your email confirmation (check the promotions or spam tab) you MUST contact me within 24 hours of placing the order.
**If an item is returned to me due to a wrong address, I will NOT be responsible for covering ships fees. Cases that do not comply with paying their shipping will NOT get a refund for their order.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will NOT be given, as all orders are final. Each case varies and will be determined by the seller. I will work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but please do not ask to exchange sizes etc as I will NOT allow. If you are not satisfied with your order or have an issue, please contact me. I strive to be worthy of 5 stars, so if you find an area that could use improvement, please let me know! If an issue arises the method of refund will be under my, the seller's discretion.
I will not replace items due to normal wear and tear. Over time products wear out, but I am not responsible and normal wear does happen. I will not replace something due to this.
PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES AND INFO
You understand and agree that processing time and shipping time are two separate entities. PROCESSING time is the amount of time I need to prepare and create your items. (WE ARE A MADE TO ORDER SMALL BUSINESS). SHIPPING TIME is the APPROXIMATE time that it will take to get your package delivered ONCE the processing time has been relieved. You agree and understand that processing time can vary from 1 to 15-30 business days and varies on order volume! You AGREE you will NOT contact us if the given timeframe has not been fulfilled and that we are NOT obligated to respond to the question of order shipping time frame if this timeframe has not been fulfilled.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY ISSUES
If a delivery issue arises, you agree that you WILL file a claim with the delivery service you chose at checkout, (EX: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) You agree and understand that shipping and delivery times and issues are NOT the sellers responsibility, (KACTUS AVENUE).

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: I am a small business and love to make sure that my customers are happy, but I do each order custom and made to order therefore will not accept any of the issues stated above nor be responsible for them. I am human and make mistakes, if the issue is due to me I will make it right. Also note as a business I have the right not not serve someone, or cancel the order at my discretion if I see fit WITHOUT explanation.
