SHIPPING QUESTIONS

I try to get orders out within 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. This does not include holidays or weekends! If order volume is lower, your order will ship sooner. Please do not contact me within this time frame asking when / if your order has shipped. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to show.

Orders ship from the Tangent, OR area! If you are local and would prefer meeting or porch drop-off, please contact me.

If you ordered the wrong case size, unfortunately I am not accepting exchanges or returns at this time. Each item is made to order therefore a custom, so I cannot take on returns right now. Please double check your email confirmation and get back to me asap! Unfortunately if I have already shipped your item, I cannot do anything about it. As I have stated below, No returns, refunds or exchanges. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

I do not offer returns! *All Sales are final. If there are issues please contact me and I can determine the best solution. Keep in mind that this does not include ordering the wrong phone size or sizing for made to order items. There will be no exceptions to that!

I also do not accept exchanges for made to order items this includes phone cases, bleached tees, sweatshirts, etc. (The only items allowed to be exchanged are boutique items.) By placing your order, you understand and agree that sales are FINAL. If there are issues please contact me and I can determine the best solution. Keep in mind that this does not include ordering the wrong size. There will be no exceptions to that!! *Each order is made to order!

No we do not. If you see an error on your confirmation email with something or you accidentally added an extra item, please contact me immediately. Once your order ships, I can not fix errors.

*Please keep in my mind that I can cancel an order or refuse service without explanation.

If you put in the wrong address please contact me immediately so I can get it changed as quickly as I can. If I send your item, and it gets sent back to me, I am NOT responsible for paying the shipping back to you again. If you refuse to pay the shipping, I will not send the item and will not refund you. So PLEASE ensure the address is correct!!! Absolutely no refunds will be given for address errors!
