🌟Processing time is typically 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. I try to get orders out as quickly as I can but time is determined by order load. Orders are completed as they are received. If you need an order sent out even quicker please add priority processing to your order which can be found here: https://bit.ly/3fE02uD
Priority processing moves your order to the front of the line to be sent out the next *business day.
(*business days are monday - friday - please note if you have a bleached item in the order with priority processing it will be sent out in 2 business days to allow bleaching and washing time.)

🌟Please check your confirmation email to ensure that your order is correct and accurate and inform me of any issues IMMEDIATELY!! After orders are sent out I cannot change the order.
🌟 Each item and order is handmade in house in Oregon, USA - therefore each item is custom which is why I cannot undertake accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Keep in mind I am a very small business and not a large corporation with hundreds of workers and staff helping me to fulfill orders.
🌟 I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. As stated above please be sure your order is accurate. Most listings have a sizing chart in the photos, if there is not a sizing chart shown and you aren’t sure of your size, please message me for one! I DO NOT accept exchanges for errors in sizing.
🌟 Normal wear and tear happens, I am NOT responsible for replacing items due to this. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your product if you see any issues.
🌟Most items can be customized but please send me a message first to ensure I can do the *customization. (*customized items will have an additional cost.) There are some instances that I do not have the means to customize things in certain ways, so please just communicate with me.
🌟 If you find an issue with an item or are not fully satisfied, please send me a message within 24 hours of receiving your order! I will do my best to work with you to come to a resolution! I strive for 5 stars so if you do not feel as though your order is worthy of that rating, please please please reach out to me prior to leaving a review.
🌟 For tracking updates or questions, please contact USPS. Once an order is sent out, the speed and location is out of my control therefore cannot give you any more information than what is shown on your tracking number. With that being said if there seems to be an issue with your tracking please contact USPS.
🌟Watermark will not be included on final product, but is in place to protect my images for copyright purposes. (a watermark is my logo that is placed over my images that show it is my image)
🌟If you prefer a different color of tee than what the image shows, please send me a message/email PRIOR to placing the order to ensure we have the color you want in stock!

Please allow 10 business days for processing! Orders typically go out sooner, but is dependent on order load! Processing time and shipping times are two separate entities. Once your order ships it typically takes 4-5 business days to get it for first-class shipping. Priority shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. (Please note once an order ships the time it takes to get to you is out of my control, so I suggest contacting USPS for the most updated shipping information or shipping problems.)
Keep in mind that returns, exchanges and cancellations are NOT allowed. (See FAQ's for more.)
